Kontor 46 s.a.s is a SME established in 2012 as a University spin-off company. It has established itself in the area of high-tech hardware and software development. Currently, the main engineering activities concern: robotics, autonomous analysis devices for biomedical and environmental applications (including the design of physical and perceptual interfaces), ergonomic and psychosocial evaluation of robotics devices, machine learning methods for behaviour analysis and image analysis, standards implementation, and safety assessment. 

In APRIL, K46 ensures safety regulation and standard compliance (WP2), the safety design control system (WP6), and is in charge of the preparation of the certification process (WP8). Kontor 46 is also involved in the dissemination, communication and exploitation activities (WP9), particularly regarding standardization and human-centered field observation.
